​Thank you for considering St Brendan’s Catholic Primary School in Moorooka for your child’s education. We warmly welcome families of all faiths and backgrounds into our inclusive and supportive school community.

We are currently accepting enrolments for Prep to Year 6 for 2026, 2027, and 2028.

School tours are available Monday to Friday during term time. Come and meet our Principal, Cathie Caldwell, and experience the welcoming spirit of St Brendan’s firsthand.

Fill in the online enrolment form ​and attach supporting documents​

STEP 1

Complete the online enrolment form and attach copies of the following documents:

  • Birth Certificate (required by law)

  • Visa / Passport / Citizenship Papers (if applicable)

  • Sacramental records (if applicable)

  • Previous school reports (if applicable)

  • Medical or specialist reports (if applicable)

  • Legal documents or ourt orders (if applicable)

  • NAPLAN results (if applicable)

You’ll receive confirmation from our school office once your application is received.

Prefer paper forms? You can collect a hard copy from the school office.

Please note: You must complete a separate enrolment form for each child you wish to enrol.

Attend interview

​STEP 2

​ If your application progresses, you and your child will be invited to an interview with the Principal.

This is a chance to discuss your child’s needs and learn more about our school.

Please note: interviews do not guarantee placement.

Offered a place

​STEP 3

​​If your application is successful, the Principal will offer your child(ren) a place at the school. 

You can accept the offer by completing a Confirmation of Enrolment form, which will be provided by the school.​

​For other year levels, applications are added to our waitlist and processed as places become available.

Availability depends on current families notifying us of changes and is subject to our Enrolment Policy.

All offers are made at the Principal’s discretion.


E​nrolm​en​t ​Policy

St Brendan's is part of a large system of Catholic Parish schools of the Archdiocese of Brisbane and is administ​​ered under the auspice​​s of Brisbane Catholic Education.  

The school's main priority is to service the Primary education needs of Catholic families, but everyone is welcome at St Brendan's.​

​Order of Pr​​iority

  1. Children of families who have brothers and sisters currently enrolled at St Brendan's Catholic Primary School.
  2. Catholic students and applicants from Catholic families.
  3. A student from a BCE Catholic Primary or Kindergarten managed by Catholic Early EdCare.
  4. Applicants from families from another or no faith tradition, who are willing to commit to the values of St Brendan's and who are willing to support and contribute positively to the life of the school.​
